    The Ghosts of Old Camelot

The ghosts of Old Camelot walk in the night
Through the splendour of forgotten halls.
Their movements are marked by an unearthly light
That reflects off of dust covered walls.
    Some are heroes of stories,
    Tales of legends and glories:
Fame lives on, even though heroes die.
    Gold may tarnish with rust.
    Riches vanish to dust,
And Arthur's days long gone bye.

The ghosts of Old Camelot walk through the night
As they did in those long ago days
When living they strove to fight for the Light
    Serving Justice without seeking praise.
    And while silent stars burn
    Each night they return
To walk these old halls until dawn.
    Gold may tarnish with rust.
    Riches vanish to dust,
And the days of Lord Arthur long gone.

The Living of Camelot sleep through the night
Safe and sound within great Merlin's walls.
Yet there is a link beween ladies and knights
And those who once walked through these halls:
    As long as we fight
    To do what is right,
To win through the Night to the Dawn
    Gold may tarnish with rust,
    Banners crumble to dust,
But Arthur's bright dream will live on.
