More on Boxes

(Particularly Religion boxes, but applicable otherwise.)

I do not acknowledge (honor) boxes myself. They are constructs built by those within them. A Jew would not survive a visit to a Moslem box. Don't pretend these boxes are built only on choices of whether to stand and pray or kneel, or whether to wear a hat or a hood.

These are all very complex boxes, purposely designed to keep some people out, some people in, and to control those people within or give them rules to go by because they are 'The Right' rules. All other groups with their own rules they made up... bedamned, literally.

"No Box" is when there is full freedom. If I wanted to build my own belief system using things like a green candle, a paper clip, one Chakra (the purple one 'cause it's my favorite color) and maybe a sample of mercury, well then, it would be legit. I can always change my selections later. With 'No Box' it's all legit.

I cannot have disdain for the orange candle people. Those who make use of staples are not my enemy. We have made choices and they are all valid. All.

If I choose to use no physical objects in my spiritual pursuits then all the better. I have nothing to be ostracized, stolen, coveted or condemned by others... except of course those who are convinced that one MUST use some physical objects in spiritual pursuits. But... that would put them in a box, wouldn't it?

NØ BØXES
I think that's my new religiØn, right there.
