The Magic of the Internet

The Internet allows communities to build based on like-thought, like-spirit, like-interests. Some are even built to debate differences, but what appears to be happening is that as we learn more about each other, we build understanding despite those differences.

Community is no longer restricted by the physical world except for the electronic means we use to get to the Net. The only boundary is whether or not you go there, but 'there' can be anywhere on the planet (eventually), even multiple 'places' simultaneously.

If you search for others like yourself, you will find them. If you search for a particular topic of interest, you will find whole groups of people who may not be like you at all, except for sharing that particular interest.

Resonances are reflected in the gatherings of people (from across geographical and other 'lines') who were searching for the same thing and found... each other.

Speed is certainly an issue, but so is widespread availability and searchability of information, groups, individuals, ideas and ideals. We have a realtime tool for current information. 'Current' being a keyword here, just like the current in a stream. By the time a book is written, published and distributed, by the time a regional group finds you or you find them, by the time you research through brick & mortar libraries and through snail mail and phone, whatever info you might get could hardly be called 'current' and it would rarely be anything approaching global.

We are building instantaneous interactive global communication for groups and individuals which I trust will ultimately be accessible to all of mankind. What is not miraculous about this?

Telegraph, Postal Mail, Radio, Newspapers, TV, Telephones, Worldwide Newswires... Nothing before the Internet operated at this scope AND interactively. We're building the most fantastic 'two-way' connection ever.

Spiritually, we are all connected already. We aren't all aware of it yet. Those who are awakened to this have realized that we don't have to have any physical connection to work together. (No mail, phone, sight, touch, even internet, etc, only spirit/energies.)

However, for manifesting in this physical world, it is often more expedient to build through physical means. The Internet is the latest and greatest tool in letting us work together in a realtime mode to make realtime changes, globally, with minimal physical requirements of contact. As a model, the Internet demonstrates, on a worldly level, how masses of people can work together without the more concrete contact we've been so dependent upon. People are beginning to grasp the virtuality of cyberspace connections and it is my hope that they will soon be able to glean that even that link is unnecessary between souls. We're already in contact. :)

Now, although I've said all of that, I am not trying to negate the importance of physical contact. We have all incarnated here for our own reasons and we came here knowing that there are things to experience and learn here that we could only do in the flesh. But, on a broader scale, given the current limitations on physical contact, traveling, communication and so forth... we are developing other tools.
