Can We Know Everything?

I believe we have access to everything for it is our collective ongoing creation. We can ask anything and know anything that our differentiated Oneness knows, ie, that WE know collectively or individually. However, from a single human incarnation, it's surely not possible to consciously know it all at once. Many things may not be knowable in a particular lifetime or in human form because they could interfere with our purpose and function here.

Consider standing in a vast library of knowledge. How useful would it be to pull all the books off the shelf and try to read all of them simultaneously? How much could you then apply? How much could you remember? Why sort through all of that on every decision point, when you can simply go to a reference when you really need it?

Or another way to look at it: When you go on vacation, do you pack up all your possessions and take them with you? Of course not. You take what you might need for the trip. If you forgot something, you may have to buy it when you get there or find a way to work around it. If you really really need something from home, you might even be able to send for it.

Also, sometimes the search for information is as fruitful an exercise as finding it. Sometimes the search is what gives the information meaning.
