To find the Theory of Everything (TOE),
We must first find...
The Theory of Nothing (TON)

Please be advised that if you are looking for a paper by a physicist that speaks in advanced mathematical equations you will only find the babblings of a mad man in this paper. But if you are open and willing to set aside long held ideas of the theories in use today and willing to accept that some things need a bit of “philosophy” in them to be useful, you might see something new. If you have a fear of philosophy, when it comes to science, you do not need to read any more. Stop now and go back to the cold hard numbers that you are comfortable with. I do not speak or understand the language of the physicists but I do understand more than I know. If you can understand what I am trying to express and are able to interpret it into the advanced mathematical equations that today’s physicists use, please do so.

As I understand it, the “Super String Theory or Theory of Everything” (TOE) is a hot topic for those of you that wish to understand how everything works. I have read some of the work on this subject and from what little I understand of it I see that super string theory has a lot of problems. As I often do when I find I am bogged down in problems, I try to look at things from a whole new angle. In this case I ask myself “How can we understand what everything is made of if we don’t first try to understand what nothing is?”

Ok, for this to work you will have to reach into your bag of theories and set aside a few ideas about the way things are. Don’t worry; you do not have to give them up. Just set them aside for now. After we are done you can go back and get any or all of them you wish. This will be very hard for some of you to do. I am going to ask you to set aside some things that you may have never questioned before. You think you know them to be cold hard facts. But for this to work you will have to let yourself think, at least for a little while, that they are wrong.

Are you ready? If not, turn back now and write me off as just another lunatic.

OK! here we go!

First, “Time” does not exist. Everything you think you know about time is wrong because there are No days, No years, No seconds. Clocks are not measuring anything because there is nothing to measure. All your equations that use time have to be redone.  Everything you think of as time is only “Space Transitions of Energy and Matter, (STEM)”

I know that is a hard one but not the hardest. If you are still with me, take a deep breath and let’s go on.

Next you have to let go of “Gravity”. Gravity is not a force, there are no gravitons to be found, and there are no gravity waves to be measured. Einstein was close with his theories about the fabric of space-time being warped but he needed to account for the “nothing” that space was filling and remove time from the equation.

Well, it's probably getting lonely now. I may have lost most of my readers. But if you are still with me, you are either laughing your head off at the mad man, or you are thinking yourself mad for considering such nonsense.  Or you may be one of the few that likes to think outside the box, just for the fun of the “What Ifs”. If so, then let’s go on.

Now, I want you to set aside any idea of a “The Multiverse”. M-Theory is great but it is also wrong. For the Sci-Fi fans that means no treks to other universes to see how things would have turned out “if only”. To the string theory faithful that means no chance divergence of the timeline into endless branching or endless options.

The good news is you can keep one of those other universes, but only one other. The Multiverse is really just a binary universe, this one and the other one. For the Sci-Fi fans you can think of it as the mirror-mirror universe. For the string theory faithful you do have the branch points of chance but try to think in simple binary terms. At each point in the transition of everything you only have two choices, either something happens or it doesn't. And for you brave souls than do not shy away from the supernatural, you may think of it as the two realms of the natural and the spiritual. Although with this view you will have to change what you think of as the natural world and supernatural world, because both are “artificial” or “created”. The natural state of everything is nothing.

Now we are ready to talk about “Nothing”. In your mind’s eye look back before there was anything, before the big bang or before creation, before there was a before. There is nothing, not even space, not even any empty space filled with a vacuum. There is no time, no past, no future, only now. There is nothing so nothing can happen, but if anything were to happen, it would have to be both instantaneous and eternal. It cannot be a big nothing or a small nothing because it has no size or shape. It cannot be a heavy nothing or a light nothing because it is nothing.  There is no light and there is not even dark because there would have to be something there to be dark.

Now here comes the beginning of everything, no not a big bang, sorry, but a point so small that if it were any smaller it would not exist at all. It has no dimensions and it is just big enough to be something within the nothing. This is the first transitional point.

point.jpg

Now stretch this point into a line. It is a very short and thin line of energy that now connects two transitional points. You now have energy, and one dimension. This means you now have space. It is a very small space and it is only one-dimensional space but it is something. You also have a “Before and After”, as in before you stretched the point into a line, and after. This is not Time but it is “Special Transitions of Energy” (STE). This is the first step toward (STEM).

point2.jpg

You may think that all you have is one dimension and two transitional points connected by a string of energy. But you really have three points. Where is the third point?  It is in the center. As soon as you stretched the point into a line, you not only had two end points but a center as well.

point 2 with asai.jpg

This center point I am going to call the (Asai) Pronounced “Ah-Say-ee.” It's not only the center of the line but also the “Now” to the before and after in the STE.  It is the crossing point to get from here to there and from then to now. From this little bit of something we can build two universes.  So let’s get started.

Of course if we can stretch one point into two points we can again stretch two into four. This gives us two transitional points on either side of the asai, each connected by strings of energy making two triangular planes with two dimensions. This may not seem like much but remember the triangle is the most stable of all shapes.  Try not to think of this as strings and points anymore but as a two-dimensional plane of energy with three points and three edges on each side of the asai.

point4a.jpg      point4b.jpg

We now have two two-dimensional equilateral triangle shaped universes connected at the point called the asai. So the next step is to make these universes three-dimensional. This is easy, just as we stretched two points into four, now we stretch four into eight. Well it sounds easy until you have to deal with the third dimension. The four points do not stretch out in the same plane. We end up with a shape on each side of the asai that looks like two three sided equilateral pyramids back to back.

point8b.jpg

You now have four points floating in three-dimensional space on either side of the asai making a total of 9 points dimensional transition connected by 12 planes of energy, with 18 edges. But energy cannot be so divided. This is one sheet of energy folded and stretched around the 11 points of dimensional transition. Eleven? How on earth did I get eleven out of nine? Well if we “connect the dots” or points, lets start at the beginning, the asai, and that is one point, now go to each of the four points on the right side of the asai, moving out in a squared off spiral, that makes five. Now return back to the asai along the axis and you have six, then to the four on the left side in the same way and you have ten, now return again to the asai and you have eleven.

I understand that the math of TOE works best using eleven dimensions. Maybe if they use eleven dimensional transition points it will work even better.

Back to our little binary universe... for the rest of my babblings we are going to look only at half. We will assume that the other half on the other side of the asai is a lot like this side. But this side is what we see.

We will be working with the five dimensional transition points that we all know and love. I will call them by names we understand like Length (the X axis), Height (the Y axis), Width (the Z axis), STEM and Asai. Ok, so STEM and Asai are new to you.

Let’s start with the STEM. This is where you have to give up the ideas we talked about earlier, Time and Gravity.  This is hard to explain but I will do my best.  If, according to our new Theory Of Nothing, “Nothing” is the natural state, then when something is created it warps the “Nothing” from the inside out to make room for the three dimensions we call our universe. This warping or stretching of the nothing is what allows us to have Space Transitions of Energy and Matter (STEM). This is what you used to think of asTime.  The Nothing is instantaneous and eternal but when you warp it to allow for 3D space you also stretch instantaneous into something a little longer, but not as long as eternal. This stretching is not uniform but, depending on the amount of matter in the 3D space, will be more stretched than a 3D space with less matter.

Time, or better STEM, seems to move slower near a large mass because the Nothing is stretch more and matter has to move farther and use more energy to traverse the same space.  This is also why you feel a pull that we call gravity when you are near a large mass. This uneven stretching of the Nothing means that your feet must be moving at a different STEM rate through the warped Nothing just to stay at the same relative position to your head. This pull, really a push, is not a force as we normally understand forces, but just a natural desire of the universe to return to the state of “Nothing” like water seeking its own level.

Last we can talk about the Asai.  This is where you have to be open to the spiritual. Not in the religious or spooky sense that makes for good movies, but just in that there is another universe. It is connected to ours through the Asai and we do see the effects of its existence. For an example, invesitgate the “single photon interference pattern”. You will find some things that you thought were superstition.

As to the numbers of the asai: the asai is three points in one, a trinity, all three are one and at the same time, three. This is a concept that falls well within the religious realm. The asai is also the fifth point. If you spread the points out equally and draw a line from each one to the others you get a pentagram, a very superstitious symbol. If you arrange the other four in a square equally spaced from the asai you have a pyramid, another superstition symbol. Or if you arrange all eleven of them from both universes evenly spaced on either side of the asai you have the infinity symbol.

And now for the asai itself. It is the connection point between the two universes. You would have to go through it to get to the other universe. It is the crossing point to the other world, or what a lot of people think of as the spiritual realm.

Well, I know I took you on a trip down the rabbit hole but you are still safe. Take from this what you can and leave the rest. Return to your old ideas about the universe if you want to.  But if any of this makes sense to you please contact me and explain it to me. Like I said I understand more than I know. It would be nice to know if there are others see things like I do.  I feel so alone in my little binary universe, just me and my asai.

Griffen's Notes

These notes are not corrections to the above. They're just my take on some of the concepts.

I would describe the STEM (Space Transitions of Energy and Matter) simply as "interval". I agree that our concept of Time is in error, that Time does not exist. There is only the interval between what was and what is, or what is and what will be. There is only the interval between action and reaction. Time is so profoundly relative, as only the interval between any two events, that our perception of linear time or a timeline is fictional.

I also know that Gravity as we describe it does not exist. What we measure as Gravity is actually just the resultant between Magnetism and Gravitation (which needs a better name). For any spinning matter or energy (and it's -all- spinning), the centripetal side of the One Force pulls inward (ala magnetism), the centrifugal side of the One Force pushes outward (ala gravitation). The constant we use for Gravity is actually a local value which is merely the difference between the Earth's magnetic pull and the gravitational push. Both are due to the Earth's spin. In effect, the value of 'gravity' simply describes the rate at which gravitation slows the speed of magnetic force upon the Earth, which if unimpeded would be instantaneous, like two magnets snapping together.

I believe Zechalon's 'stretching' of the Nothing into the Everything is perhaps the underlying mechanism of what I have described as the One Force pulling and pushing. In effect, the universe is trying to draw back into Nothing (thus the pull or 'magnetism'), even while it tries to expand into Everything (thus the push or 'gravitation'). We might try to think of this as the breathing in and breathing out of the universe, except that they happen simultaneously, or very nearly simultaneously. The inherent tension in these co-existing opposite actions, the differential which exists in a cosmic 'now' interval, generates energy and the energy fuels the continuance of the tension. Thus we have a perpetual universe, a perpetual machine of infinite energy.

The One Force, the pull and push, could be drawn as a diagonal line on a two-dimensional plane, but because one side is pulling while the other is pushing, the line curls into three-dimensions and creates a spiral. Thus my contention that the entire universe is spiral, endlessly contracting and expanding spirals of energy. I also believe that matter is merely a band of this manifested energy which we perceive as matter, and that in truth our reality is all energy, as we are each composed of energy in body, mind and spirit.
