Dance and Sing, My Little Star
Rest and Dream, My Little Star
Wake and Shine, My Little Star
Show your light for all the worlds to see.
Dance, My Little Star. With a joyful heart, learn to fly.
Sing, My Little Star. Lift your thanks in song to the Skies.
Rest, My Little Star. Wrap within the soft cloak of night.
Dream, My Little Star, (Of) unknown planes and worlds without end.
Wake, My Little Star. Let your days fulfill all your dreams.
Shine, My Little Star. Show your light for all the worlds to see.
Pronunciation Guide for the Elven lyrics:
a = ah as in father
e = eh as in met
i = ee as in mink - ii doubles or extends the long e sound
o = oh as in note
u = oo like in pool - uu doubles or extends the oo sound
The final e in "Elenelle" is not truly silent but is only a slight whisper after the emphasized 'el' on the last syllable when spoken. However, in singing, this amounts to little more than a release of that syllable, so, it seems silent.
-lya or -lye form a palatalized combination for the ly almost as if one letter, in order to flow between the syllables. Ex: With "kalalya" the second 'ah' sound rolls smoothly into a soft 'l' then further rolls to 'ya'
It should be pronounced as kah-lah-lyah... not kah-lah-lee-ah, not kah-loll-yah (although that one is fairly close)
