* Simon walks in, draggin Herman's passed out body after him, then flings him up onto a chair in the corner.

* LoreMistress looks at Simon then at Herman "Uh, Simon, what happened"
* LadyClassy smiles at simon
<Simon> DemonWraith...uh...gave him somethin' There may be two of us in trial. hehe. <then frowns again at the thought>

* LadyClassy quickly turns her head away from simon

* LordWolf looks to Simon and frowns as well

* Simon lowers his eyes...not matching Wolf's stare, "Poet told daddy...did you know that? 'bout what happened, I mean....'bout the man."

* Wenndolyne looks to Simon "Aye, it had to be done."
<Simon> Daddy's real mad...he doesn't say it...but I know he is.

* LadyClassy sits quietly and places her feet gently on the box without saying a word...

* LordWolf nods...beginning to understand
* Rannis twitches his tail.
<Simon> I don't want anything. <sadly now>
* Rannis bounds around the firehall.
* Wenndolyne reaches to brush Simon's hair with her fingers... but hesitates
* Simon glances toward his guard, Herman.
<LordWolf> Simon...people care about you....
<Simon> I know...
* Simon walks away from Wolf and Wenn, toward Herman.
* LordWolf sighs and stands, looking to Wenn
* Wenndolyne looks sadly to Simon and then to Wolf
* Simon walks to Herman, and shakes him, waking him up, "It's time to go now."
* LordWolf looks to Wenn
<LordWolf> let him go...
<Wenndolyne> I don't know that I can
* Simon sadly heads for the door, not glancing over shoulder at the others
* DemonWraith waves a hand...Herman wakes...
<Wenndolyne> But I suppose I must...
<LordWolf> Simon...
* Simon gets to the doorm followed by the groggy Herman, and turns to Wolf...answering with his eyes.
* LoreMistress eyes follow the lad as he goes...
<LordWolf> If you have need of anything...anything at all...
* Simon nods with a forced smile, then turns and leaves
<Wenndolyne> Wolf, my love... I don't understand
* LordWolf looks back to Wenn
<Simon> **Herman follows Simon closely, it is his duty to obey the Admiral and keep close tabs on the boy**
<LordWolf> I think the child is feeling smothered

* Simon walks out to the ship, his head hung low and his eyes lowered.
* Wenndolyne crosses her arms in front of her and now feels very sad
* Simon boards the ship, finds his cabin and closes and locks the door...not allowing Herman to follow.
* LordWolf walks to the door and peeking out watches Simon
* Wenndolyne sighs
* LadyClassy sighs and looks at the box sadly
<Rannis> 'tis the matter, Wenn?
* Rannis pads lightly up, rubs against her leg, looks up.
* Wenndolyne shakes her head slowly... "Simon”
* LordWolf smiles with a thought
* LoreMistress thinks the child may be a bit overwhelmed

* LadyClassy moves the box closer to her
* Wenndolyne leans over and picks up Rannis to cuddle him

* LordWolf turns to his love and smiles brightly

* Simon climbs into bed, not at all tired, turns out the light and covers up...staring into the darkness.
<AWolfAway> **LordWolf races to the forest and in a short while returns**((time-lapse-typing)
* Rannis .4disappears in a scattering flash of white lights.
* Rannis .4reappears on simon's bed in a gathering flash of white lights.
* Rannis lightly steps across the covers, curls up next to him.
* Simon jumps at the appearing Rannis, "What?"
<Rannis> Mind if I lay down here, Simon?
* Simon shruggs and rolls over...staring the other way
<Wenndolyne> Geez... now Rannis disappeared
* Simon moves a bit, so tha Rannis has very little room to lay on the bed.
* Rannis climbs ontop of Simon, climbs over him, to the other side of the bed.
* Rannis purrs soothingly, kneads the mattress with his claws.
* Simon rols over, facing the other way...and begins again...this could go on all night.
* Rannis grins, enjoying this game.
* Rannis hops over simon.
*** AWolfAway is now known as AncientWolf
* Rannis turns to face him.
* Rannis twitches his tail.

* AncientWolf pads out from the woods in his wolf form and silently pads over to the ship

* Rannis casts .4'Invisibility'. on himself, and he fades from sight.

* AncientWolf has a small bundle held tightly within his mouth
* Rannis could be anywhere.
* Rannis could even be behind wenndolyne!!
* Simon pulls the covers over his head, frustrated that even his own cabin is not private!
<Wenndolyne> ACK!
* Rannis isn't, though.
* LadyClassy puts her feet back on the box and smiles very wide...
* Rannis could, however, be behind loremistress!!!!
* AncientWolf pads to the door of Simon's Cabin and scratches

* LoreMistress looks about getting the feeling she's being watched
* Simon pulls the covers off and looks up, then stands and walks to the door and opens it...
* gwenivere sighs
<Simon> Yeah?
* AncientWolf drops his bundle and pads away quickly so as not to be seen

* WolfPup looks up to Simon
* Rannis walks around invisibly, unable to be detected.
* WolfPup bark to Simon
* Simon looks down at the puppy...then a smile appears on his face.
* WolfPup wags his tail stub
* Rannis twitches his tail.
* Simon giggles at the pup...his eyes fill with tears, "Hey there...who are you?"
* Rannis thinks hmmm.. no one could see that.
* WolfPup scoot forward and attacks Simon's sock
<Simon> Hey!
* WolfPup jumps back and barks at the offending sock
* Simon leans over and scoops up the little pup, petting it's little head.
* WolfPup sniffs Simon's hand
* Wenndolyne wonders where Lord Wolf went and what is keeping him so long... and WHAT was he smiling about
* Simon wipes his eyes and smiles a bit, "It's ok..."
* WolfPup nips his thumb and then licks it
* Simon sniffles then leads the little puppy into the cabin.
* WolfPup raises his head and looks directly at Simon, his ears perk up at the sound of his voice
<WolfPup> ruff ruff
* Simon smiles and makes his way to his bunk, holding the puppy close and rubbing his face on the puppy's fur.
* Rannis twitches his INVISIBLE tail.
* WolfPup snuggles up to Simon
* Rannis reverses his .4'Invisibility'. spell, and he fades back into view.
* Rannis is in front of wenn.
* Rannis grins.
<Wenndolyne> Now can I ack?
* Rannis nodnods.
<Wenndolyne> ACK!
<DemonWraith> ack?

* Simon lays down with the pup, covering up both of them and snuggling close to him.
* Rannis grins.

* WolfPup snuggle in close and licks simons nose then closes it eyes and sleeps
<Simon> **Herman watches Simon and the puppy...seeing no harm in the gesture, then closes and locks the cabin door.**
* WolfPup twitches an ear as the guard leaves and snuggles in closer seeking warmth

* Simon covers up, hugging the puppy and kisses it before falling to sleep himself.
* Rannis twitches his tail.

* LordWolf slips in beside his love

* Wenndolyne looks to Wolf rather sternly, still a little upset over Simon, "Where did you go? And what is that smirk for?"
* Rannis yawns hugely.
* LordWolf chuckles and leans in and whispers in her ear...."I brought him one last present"
<Wenndolyne> And what might that be?
<LordWolf> tis a secret, love. But if I am right, ye will not have to worry about Simon being sad anymore
* TheMorrigan wanders through the crowd, looking for a nice chair to lounge on.
* Rannis grins at Wenn, sharing the secret.
* Wenndolyne allows the ire to slip from her face and leans on Wolf, looking at nothing in particular in the firehall "I hope you are right"
* Rannis was invisible.
* Rannis grins.
* Rannis twitches his tail.
* LordWolf gently pats her on the arm...”Trust me on this one, my love.”
* Wenndolyne sighs.. "and what choice have I?"

* WolfPup scamps to Wolf at Wenn's return

* LordWolf reaches down and picks the wolf cub up, gently rubbing it behind the ears
* LordWolf smiles to his Love

* LordWolf nods to the pup in his hands
* Wenndolyne crosses to the two and pets the pup
<LordWolf> is Simon's new friend
<Wenndolyne> oh... OH!
* WolfPup wags his stubby tail at all the attention
* Wenndolyne smiles "So is this what you were up to?"
* WolfPup closes his eyes halfway and a dreamt sleepy wolfcubish smile appears on his face
<LordWolf> Aye, I did think the child could use a friend
* LordWolf sets the pup down in his lap
<LordWolf> and the cub was without a home
* Wenndolyne considers this a moment
* WolfPup turns around a few times then finds a comfy spot and lays down
* Wenndolyne reaches over to scratch behind the pups ears
<LordWolf> The cubs mother was killed not long ago
<Wenndolyne> Oh... that's so sad
* WolfPup catchs Wenn and after sniffing her hand, allows her to pet him
* Wenndolyne smiles at the pup
<WolfPup> ((still need to work on this one))
* Wenndolyne smiles to Lord Wolf and leans to kiss him on the cheek
* LordWolf looks to Wenn at the unexpected kiss and smiles softly
<Wenndolyne> ((I assume it was a last minute thought))
<WolfPup> ((just winging it as usual))
<Wenndolyne> ((aye, gotta love those RP wings))
<WolfPup> ((hehehe just wait till I pee on Simon's bed!))

* LordWolf blushes slightly under her words of praise

<Wenndolyne> Ah... but it is your heart that saw their needs and moved to meet them

* LordWolf smiles and with a few words, teleports the pup back to Simon's bed
