• All hallways are 10ft wide as are the bailey walls which are walkways as well, for guard patrol and whatever. Have assumed (or been told?) that the bailey wall is 20ft high.
• The Great Hall is open to the 2nd story ceiling. Have assumed each floor is about 30ft high so the Great Hall would have a 60ft ceiling. The curved wall of Wolf's Tower rises up, past the 2nd floor and further, through the ceiling. Nice architectural feature there. :)
• The back half of the Keep, being mostly residence, overlooks or walks out into the Main Gardens and the area containing the hedge maze and the big fountain. For those entering the Keep, the courtyard would be prettied up and there are the herb and cutting gardens to delight and amuse. hehe
• The wings with the Kitchens and Chames, etc and front entry foyer are are only 1-story. That's why they're gray blocks in the Second Floor drawing - roof tops. Fortunately, none of the upstairs rooms have to see much of that.
• Connecting Walls inside the bailey wall, as shown in the Zoom drawings, are both breezeways (1st level) and walkways (second level). The breezeways, particularly in the front connecting walls, permit the passage of horses, carriages and carts off to the left toward the Stable. This would also be a delivery route for anything the Chamberlain controls. Similar passage through to the right allows for delivery of food supplies and household goods for the Kitchens and sundry.
• But but but Connecting walls? You say. Wouldn't that make it easy for someone to climb a corner tower, run in on the connecting walls and barrel into the keep castle? Why, yes, it would. It would also be faster and more efficient to disperse guards in four directions at once to quickly cover the whole perimeter. It beats trying to channel them up one flight of stairs and all the way around the bailey wall. With the dual pathway (breezeway and walkway) on each connecting wall, a whole battalion could be shoulder to shoulder, wall to wall, in minutes. (if Wolf Keep -had- a batallion, that is. ;)
• Have surmised that connecting walls would be slightly shorter than the bailey wall, about 15ft high. Since they leave the keep castle at a height of 30ft, there would have to be steps (could be long graduated steps the whole length of the wall) or perhaps they would be ramped.
• Each tower is precisely aligned with a compass point, as Daniel designated. I think that if the corner towers were 2 full stories high, ie 60ft, it might look odd for them to be 3 times as high as the bailey wall. So, I suggest that the towers be kept to 40ft (twice as high as bailey wall). The connecting wall would hit at a height of 15ft, so that means the room in the top of a tower could have a 25ft ceiling, or maybe even 20ft, allowing for that toothy trim around the top.
• I have assumed there is but one functional room at the top of each tower. Beneath that, the interior to the ground, would likely be a spiraling staircase. Each tower's room has four large windows, also on compass points. There is access by breezeway or upper level walkway. There would be a small exterior landing and access to the bailey wall. The interior of the room is 25-30ft in diameter.
• On the back section of the keep is a 20-25ft wide wrap-around breezeway (1st level), balcony/walkway (2nd level).

Wolf's Tower Wolf's Tower is the only thing that actually rises to what would be 3rd Floor level. It sits in the center of the Keep castle and compound, with an interior diameter of approximately 40ft. (That's about the length of a 3BR Ranch style house so, it's pretty big.) A stairway winds around it on the left, leading from the 2nd floor down to the Great Hall. The stairway winding on the right side of the tower leads from the main floor hallway down to the dungeon. There are disguised or invisible passageways on either side of the Tower which only Wolf can use (with company if he wishes ;) The passage on the left is through what looks like more of the straight wall supporting the stairway. Note that he can access his library from this entry point as well. (More on Wolf's Library's secrets later ;) The tower passage on the right is through the alcove leading to the dungeon steps. Again, both of these appear to most as just more wall. Wolf's Tower also has four large windows facing compass points, ie, toward each corner tower.
